傳統(tǒng)的斷橋隔熱鋁型材一般由A面和B面組成,如附圖1所示,為現(xiàn)有的分離式斷橋隔熱鋁型材,斷橋隔熱型材通過在兩根鋁合金型材間嵌入隔熱膠條實現(xiàn)隔熱功能,在加工生產(chǎn)過程中,需要對鋁型材上的安裝槽進(jìn)行開齒,再穿入膠條。現(xiàn)有開齒穿條機(jī)即是針對鋁型材開齒和安裝膠條設(shè)計的設(shè)備,通過開齒穿條機(jī)能夠在凹槽內(nèi)開齒,并將膠條穿在凹槽內(nèi),增大摩擦力,有效防止相對滑動,提高隔熱保溫效果。

　　現(xiàn)有的開齒穿條裝置已有部分具有A面B面同時開齒穿條的功能,但是其由于通過切削開齒,在切削過程中由于切削設(shè)備與型材硬性接觸而導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生振動,而由于型材是不斷往前移動而不是固定的,僅能對其進(jìn)行限位,故產(chǎn)生的振動會嚴(yán)重影響加工精度,影響后續(xù)穿條工序。
