門窗設(shè)備是門窗企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)制作門窗時要用到的設(shè)備，由門窗材質(zhì)的不同，門窗設(shè)備也有所不同，市場上常見的門窗大體有：木窗，鋼窗、塑鋼窗、斷橋鋁門窗，高檔木包鋁門窗等，不管何種門窗，設(shè)備總體分為：切割設(shè)備、焊機(jī)（組角）設(shè)備、清角設(shè)備、銑削設(shè)備、沖壓設(shè)備、組裝設(shè)備等。那穿條機(jī)的操作步驟包括哪些內(nèi)容呢？

　　2.連接電源和氣源，然后啟動機(jī)器3分鐘，以確保旋轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)正常工作。

10. Adjust the tailstock of the auxiliary frame so that the distance between the top surface of the cylinder with a large stroke and the position of the host when the rod passes through is equal to the length of the profile, and the tailstock is locked.

　　11.每次穿帶時，先拉手動開關(guān)將切換到自動模式。必須同時將兩個橡膠條推入導(dǎo)向槽中。向上推動頂部驅(qū)動齒輪并單擊前進(jìn)按鈕后，條帶可以自動安裝。

11. When threading, pull the manual switch first to switch to automatic mode. Both rubber strips must be pushed into the guide groove simultaneously. After pushing the top drive gear upwards and clicking the forward button, the strip can be automatically installed.

　　12.完成每次剝離后，手動輔助車架尾架頂蓋上的手動換向閥手柄，取下氣缸頂板，然后輕輕地將組合輪廓拉出位置。稍后卸下定位部件，以免損壞定位部件或損壞型材。

12. After each stripping, manually assist the manual directional valve handle on the top cover of the rear frame of the frame, remove the top plate of the cylinder, and then gently pull the combination contour out of position. Remove the positioning component later to avoid damaging the positioning component or damaging the profile.
